Donation based support group the first Friday of every month at 6:30 pm with Amanda Daley. Join us for time to share, connect, and support others raising children in our community. Goddess Circle with Dr. Jane Thompson
All are welcome to come and explore the messages and lessons of the different goddesses from various time periods and cultures. As we explore their lessons through vulnerable conversations, we experience relatedness and help one and other to grow, learn, and deepen in self-awareness.
This is a donation-based group with room for up to 10 people. In addition this is a social/spiritual group, NOT a therapeutic group, but will still be considered a space of confidentiality and mutual respect and kindness. This is typically a group for adolescents and adults, but adjustments can always be made for younger participants.

New Year Reset with Usha
New Year RESET Retreat (Fri-Sat Feb 9-10,2024)
This will have two parts to the program. You can do one or both parts.
Friday night online 6 pm to 9 pm - Exploring the basic yoga concepts of Yamas and Niyamas, followed by a scrumptious mindful yoga and meditation practice to end the night. USD 75 on or before Dec 25th, USD 90 after. Will run for a minimum of 5 people registered.
Sat Morn In Person Session- 9 am to 12:30 pm- A vigorous flow practice which is mindful as well as detoxing for the body, mind and heart. This will be followed by interactive discussion on the foundational principles of yoga (Ashtanga Pathway) presented by the Yoga Sutras- an ancient yogic text.
Lunch break - 12:30pm to 2:00 pm - Bring a packed lunch to eat together and connect with your community. We will begin with mindful eating practices as usual.
Saturday Noon Session- 2pm to 6:00 pm. We will begin the study of Yoga Sutras Chapter 1. We will only touch the tip of the iceberg but that would give us enough to chew on for the rest of the New Year. We will end the day with a mindful yoga practice followed by a restful lying down meditation called Yoga Nidra.
Sat Session In Person Cost: 225 USD on or before Dec 25th, 270 USD after. Will run for a minimum of 5 people registered. If you are doing both Fri night and Saturday together, the cost would be USD 250 on or before Dec 25th and 300 after. Will run for a minimum of 5 people registered.
