More about Kellie:

My name is Kellie Lynch—nurse, doula, hormonal specialist, and educator. My heart is devoted to supporting women seeking to balance their hormones, enhance fertility, and embrace the profound journey into motherhood. My work weaves together somatic healing, herbal medicine, cyclical wisdom, and doula care, ensuring that you feel held, informed, and deeply connected to your body every step of the way.

My passion for menstrual cycle health began over a decade ago. In my senior year of nursing school, I expected my body to work like a well-oiled machine. Normal for me was waking up before the sun to run long miles, spending full days in the classroom without breaks, and drinking 8-9 cups of coffee to keep going. I was raised to “work hard” and push tough feelings aside in favor of serving others. While these family values shaped me, they also became a way to avoid being fully in my body and experiencing all her sensations.

I was so numb to my body that I didn’t hear her until whispers became undeniable symptoms: painful acne cysts, crippling menstrual cramps, nausea, and frequent blackouts. Feeling out of control and scared, I tried prescriptions, face washes, and creams, but nothing truly worked. It was only when I surrendered to the unknown and connected with a practitioner who honored herbal medicine and personal understanding that I felt fully seen. I was given the tools and knowledge to heal myself from the inside out—to understand what my menstrual cycle was truly communicating, and how to bring my body back into balance.

Graduating with my nursing degree, I felt called to deepen my study of plant medicine, the nervous system, and energy work. This journey led me to earn a Master of Science in Clinical Herbalism from MUIH, and certificates in somatic-focused equine-assisted coaching (E3a) and therapy (EAGALA).

In 2021, I moved into a cottage with a half-acre of urban lawn, which I transformed into a medicinal garden. Studying ecology and regenerative gardening helped me see how the nervous system and body mirror the greater cosmic order of life. Working with plants became a deeply somatic and intuitive practice, and today it is my greatest joy to formulate teas for the women I serve straight from the gardens.

That same year, I began a relationship with the love of my life, which refined my ability to hold and decode my own emotions. Today, I am passionate about holding space for women to connect with the intuitive wisdom of their cyclical bodies, to heal their health, their connection to the land, and their relationship with the masculine.

You can also follow me on Instagram @stewardingconnections where I share stories, reflections, and practical guidance on fertility, feminine wisdom, and connecting deeply with your body and soul.
