A graduate of Immaculata University, I have been a licensed professional counselor since 2016. I have experience in a variety of settings including drug and alcohol treatment, the foster system, inpatient settings, and intensive outpatient settings. I have worked with numerous diagnoses, and have experience in complex trauma, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, human sexuality, and ADHD. I work with adults, adolescents ages 16 and up, and couples.
As a former college and competitive athlete, my passion is body image and helping athletes and non- athletes alike to build confidence, empowerment, and pride in what their bodies can do. I have worked with athletes and coaches from high school, club athletes, NCAA Division 1, 2, and 3 athletes from a variety of sports, and professional athletes. I enjoy helping parents navigate youth sports challenges and love helping athletes adjust to transitions from high school to college, or college to professional status. My training in neuropsychological testing has also assisted me in understanding and managing head injury, concussion, and the recovery process of these injuries.
In addition, I also have experience in corporate performance coaching and speaking, assisting in implementing changes to mental health policies with state representatives in PA, and have been an adjunct professor in the graduate program at Immaculata University. In my free time, I am an avid Philadelphia and Cincinnati sports fan. I love spending time with family and friends, working out, reading, writing, and am very interested in all types of spirituality.
I do not take insurance, but can provide an invoice to submit to your insurance company. It is the patient’s responsibility to handle all insurance claims and correspondence.
