Join us mid morning for several nourishing hours of gentle movement, stillness, and deep inner
listening as we explore what it means to practice radical self-love — not as a concept,
but as a lived, embodied experience.
This retreat is a space to slow down and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.
Through gentle yoga, guided mindfulness, breathwork, and the deep rest of yoga nidra,
we’ll cultivate a sense of safety, softness, and self-compassion from the inside out.
There is nothing to fix or perfect — only a chance to remember that you are already
whole.
This experience is open to all bodies and all levels of experience. Whether you’re
feeling depleted, disconnected, or simply in need of spaciousness, this afternoon retreat
