Horse Medicine Retreat

Horse Medicine Retreat

A warm gathering of movement, herbal care, somatic practice and connection, set on a peaceful farm and created for women moving through perimenopause and menopause.

This time together offers space to slow down, tune into the body and explore practices that support hormonal health. The experience blends ashtanga yoga, somatic work with horses, herbal medicine making and shared ritual. The afternoon and evening flow gently, offering learning, community and grounding.

The group stays intentionally small to allow for meaningful presence and shared reflection.

Facilitators:

Science by Yoga – Daniella teaches an ashtanga‑inspired practice with a focus on breath, movement and nervous‑system steadiness.

Rabia – offers herbal support for midlife transitions, introducing plants that nurture sleep, mood and nervous‑system balance.

Kathleen – guides somatic practices that build awareness and resilience, supported by time with horses.

Kellie – brings herbal care, embodied awareness and community support for women in transition.
